Shipping: 

Orders received by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that day.
Orders are shipped UPS ground unless special shipping instructions are requested.
No minimum orders or handling charges. When shipping C.O.D., the C.O.D. fee is added to invoice.

Returns:

Should you need to return an item, we will gladly accept your return and refund your original purchase price (shipping charges not included) within 30 days.
Return merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition with original packaging.
All returns must be pre-arranged by calling (814) 754-9997.
Credit is issued upon receipt of goods at our warehouse in good condition.
Non-defective merchandise returned with damaged or defaced packaging is subject to a 20% re-packaging fee. Custom or special orders are not returnable for credit.

Damage Claims:

Please be sure to carefully examine your order upon its arrival:
1. Inspect each box or damage
2. Check your shipment against the packing list to verify receipt of all items.
3. Have the driver note damage or shortages on your delivery receipt. Please do not discard the carton or packaging material from any damaged shipment.
4. Call us as soon as possible to report any damage or shortage situation. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within 5 business days.
